The INK: Introduction To Research Workshop was successfully held at Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana

Punjabi Headline (HS KITTY) The INK: Introduction To Research Workshop was successfully held at Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana. The event was organized by the Student Council and CMC Student Research Club (CSRC). It attracted a large number of students who were keen in learning about the process of medical research.

The event was held at the Hospital Auditorium at Christan Medical College, Ludhiana, commencing at 9:30AM with a prayer by Reverend Alex Peter.
The workshop was started by keynote lectures by the esteemed faculty:
‘Framing a Research Question’ by Dr Jeyaraj Pandian
‘Literature Review’ by Dr Monika Sharma
‘Study Designs’ by Dr Dinesh Badyal
‘Steps of Writing a Proposal’ by Dr Mary John
‘How to publish your Research’ by Dr Pranay Pawar
‘Research and Data Management’ by Dr Pallavi Abhilasha
‘Sample Size Calculation and Data Management’ by Ms Ashly Koshy
‘Making of an E-Poster’ by Dr Dinesh Badyal.

After this, the E-Poster competition was held, in which participants worked in small groups with faculty facilitators: Dr Sheena Singh, Dr Candy Sodhi, Dr Angel, Dr Girish Joseph, Dr Neena Bhatti, Dr Chetan Sharma, Dr Karan Pramod, Dr Vandana Bhatti, Mrs Shaveta, Dr Neha Dingra. The judges of the poster presentations were Dr Kavita Bhatti and Dr Nitin Batra.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks at 5:00PM, during which the CSRC expressed their gratitude to all participants, and volunteers for their unwavering support.
