Punjabi Headline (H S KITTY) Christian Medical College and Hospital organized seminars at the Corporate Office of IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Ludhiana. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Ruma Singh Chief Dietician, and Dr. Osheen Bhandari, Assistant Professor (Sports Physiotherapist ).
Dr. Ruma Singh presented on the topic “Eat Right, Eat Healthy,” where she discussed the concept of health, debunked common myths, and provided insights into healthy food choices. Dr. Osheen Bhandari’s seminar, titled “Ergo-Balance: Achieving Harmony Between Work and Wellbeing,” focused on practical advice for maintaining good posture, optimizing workstation setups and performing exercises to enhance comfort and productivity.
